ATLANTIC-ACM CEO Dr. Judy Reed Smith is a Harvard-educated strategist who tackled her first telecommunications industry project in 1987 and worked for such consultancies as Gray Judson Howard (offshoot of Arthur D. Little) and Mercer Management Consulting. In 1991, she founded strategy research consultancy ATLANTIC-ACM, which planted its flag in the competitive telecommunications space by establishing many of the then-young industry's first sizing and share forecasts. Since that time, ATLANTIC-ACM has established a number of mainstay studies in the industry, including its annual wired and wireless sizing and share analysis and the ATLANTIC-ACM Report Card series of customer-based provider evaluations which serve as the industry's principal benchmarking studies. She has been named to a number of "thought leadership" and "most influential" listings in the telecom and technology sectors, and has been published in media ranging from industry trades to the Wall Street Journal. A recognized thought leader in competitive performance and positioning, she has delivered presentations and moderated hundreds of strategic management panels and forums throughout the United States and abroad. 

In addition to her duties at ATLANTIC-ACM, Dr. Judy Reed Smith has served as a member of the Technology Advisory Council at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and has served on the boards of a number of non-profit and education institutions in Massachusetts and New York.

Fedor SmithFedor Smith, President

Fedor Smith is the president of ATLANTIC-ACM, a market research and consulting firm based in Boston. Mr. Smith specializes in operations analysis, customer feedback research, and market sizing. He manages proprietary projects ranging from competitive benchmarking to customer satisfaction for major telecommunications providers. Mr. Smith has worked extensively in both the wireless and wireline markets, and has been regular panelist and speaker at some of the nation’s premier prepaid and mobile conferences. Prior to joining ATLANTIC-ACM, he worked at Alloy Media and Marketing in New York City, Eureka Broadband, and Putnam Investments.

Mr. Smith graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in history and economics and has done graduate work in finance, marketing and operations management at Harvard University. Fedor is a triathlete and enjoys squash and surfing.
