ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading telecommunications research consultancy, announced today that it will deliver its 2006 Metro Carrier Excellence and Global Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards on Monday, October 9th at the Competitive Telecommunications Association’s (CompTel’s) Fall Convention and Expo in Orlando Florida. ATLANTIC-ACM CEO Dr. Judy Reed Smith will present the awards at 1:00 PM at the conference’s grand opening.

Awards are based on the results of the 2006 editions of ATLANTIC-ACM’s Metro Carrier Report Card and Global Wholesale Carrier Report Card, which evaluated the performance of metro and wholesale carriers from ratings by their customers.
