ATLANTIC-ACM Founder and Chairperson, Dr. Judy Reed Smith is a Harvard-educated strategist who tackled her first telecommunications industry project in 1987 and worked for such consultancies as Gray-Judson-Howard and Oliver Wyman. In 1991, she founded strategy research consultancy ATLANTIC-ACM, which planted its flag in the competitive telecommunications space by establishing many of the then-young industry’s first sizing and share forecasts. Since that time, ATLANTIC-ACM has established a number of mainstay studies in the industry, including its sizing and share analysis and the ATLANTIC-ACM Report Card series of customer-based provider evaluations which serve as the industry’s principal benchmarking studies. She has been named to a number of “thought leadership” and “most influential” listings in the telecom and technology sectors, and has been published in media ranging from industry trades to the Wall Street Journal.

In addition to her duties at ATLANTIC-ACM, Dr. Judy Reed Smith has served as a member of the Technology Advisory Council at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and has served on the boards of a number of non-profit and education institutions in Massachusetts and New York.
