Leading research consultancy and market diligence firm ATLANTIC-ACM delivered its 2016 North American Business Connectivity Service Provider Excellence Awards on Tuesday, June 21 at JSA’s annual Telecom Exchange NYC Opening Reception in New York, NY. The awards were based on more than 3,400 customer evaluations of telecom business services providers for the 2016 edition of ATLANTIC-ACM’s North American Business Connectivity Report Card.

ATLANTIC-ACM President and Managing Partner, Fedor Smith delivered the awards in two categories, as follows:

  • Cox: Large Service Provider Award for Sales Reps
  • Level 3: Large Service Provider Awards for Brand, Network Performance, Customer Service, Voice Value, and Data Value
  • Sprint: Large Service Provider Awards for Service Delivery and Billing
  • FPL FiberNet: Midsized and Under Service Provider Awards for Brand, Sales Reps, Service Delivery, Network Performance, and Customer Service
  • Lightower: Midsized and Under Service Provider Awards for Billing and Data Value
  • Lightpath: Midsized and Under Service Provider Award for Voice Value
